Who wins under Obamacare?

If you've been paying attention, you've read that the Pharmaceuticals have been cutting deals with the White House, to avoid big bites by Congress. Why does this remind me of defense contractors? Well, it's the same reason. Government contracts, which are uncompetitive, MUST be profitable. Why, do you ask?

A conversation with a liberal.

Today, I had a chance to have a longish discussion with a "liberal". Oh, yes, he voted for Obama. Not sure why, but he did. He asked me what I was, I said... far to the right.

So, we had a long conversation. It strayed from the birthers "They're just crazy nuts totally off their rocker". He still thinks that some authority has vetted Obama. No idea what authority. Just sure it must have happened. Also, he was sure that a picture on a website was, well, unquestionable. I did notice that eventually he decided that was a bit presumptive.

Just a simple thought... But one to keep in mind

I keep reading the real socialists who keep insisting that "health care is a right".

If that's the case, how can it be denied on the basis of cost?

So...

Socalists believe that you have a right to health care.

Democrats believe government has the right to limit health care.

Strange view of rights...
