Two GOP lawmakers returned from a weekend trip to Honduras with a heightened understanding of the presidential crisis there — and a proposal for its resolution.

This is in spanish, but I translated it using babelfish and google and a couple others and it turns out that Honduran officials found computers with results of voting on the referendum that Zelaya never got to run. Wait, results first, then have the election?

Zelaya has said that if the de facto government does not agree to reinstate him at the next round of talks Saturday, he will resort to "other measures" to find his way back to power. In Guatemala on Tuesday, he called for "an insurrection," and diplomats say more violence of the type that has left at least one protester dead is possible.

"I'm willing to start a war which will kill many Hondurans, to get power back."
